you must be attuned to reiki by a reiki master. If you do a local search in your area, reiki masters are actually quite common. I love reiki and all that it has done in my life. I am a reiki level 2 practitioner and am observing attunements for my master/teacher certificate.

I know its a bit late, but I would also suggest using blue lapis for communication (so its clear and not misconcieved by others) and using yellow/red stones for confidence. (red for root chakra and yellow citrine for solar plexis)

I had success with thyme last year. I read somewhere that it will come back next year but It will take longer to come back than most herbs.
