lovely, yet how would you go about gaining a structure and creating an exercise based on each? Even though a person would have at some point done these, it would still be nice to have a basic outline of a structure. How would you suggest creating such?

Hi ya,
Use what your drawn too it can be something as simple as candles to represent the elements. U could carve symbols or text onto each; you could use stones or crystals. Let your instincts draw you to the objects you see deem representations.
