Bad spirit?

Ok, so last night, I wanted to contact the spirit world...which looking back i kinda realize that it was a stupid thing to do, but I did it anyway. So, I made a circle around me and the candle in sea salt, I make two openings in the circle, and I invited my recently passed grandmother, and my grandfather who passed away 16 years ago, I even invited them by name. So, I thought nothing was working so I swept away the sea salt and extinguished the candle, and put the candle away, and went to bed. So that night, I hear weird sounds in my room, like soft scratching and then I have a nightmare, so now I'm a little worried. I'm pretty sure I'm overreacting but I still would like to know if a negative spirit got into the room, how do I get it out?

Did you not relsease them before you put up the salt and the candle?
They are still probably under your power, maybe even the concious one. But, i would suggest that you call the circle once again and call your grandparents.
Ask them what you were intending to before, then relsease them.
If they are still there, tell them to leave.
