How to block sexual energy

Anybody have any good ideas? I am trying to become a monk as some of you know, but I have trouble being celebit when someone sends me sexual energy because im so empithetic.

Ha, I feel lame for having such a hard time with this, but oh well I won't give up.

This isn't a matter of a spell, it's more of training yourself. You're going to have to physically and mentally train yourself to restrain yourself. No matter what you do, especially because you a good looking guy, there's going to be that type of energy your way. You're just going to have to overcome it. The closest thing you can get to a spell is asking for strength to overcome the temptations of the flesh, cause like I said, that's the first step.

Thanks for your advice. This deffinitly is a struggle, but no matter, I will keep trying my hardest. I am doing reasonably well with all of my vows except this one, and like you said it doesn't help that girls find me attractive. I find that I usually end up "giving in" when my ego spends too much time playing with the idea of sex. Otherwise, a short run-in with sexual energy very rarely disturbs my faith and determination to keep this vow.

Why are you trying to block sexual energy? That seems potentially damaging to your Sacral Chakra.

Yom, is it possible to be celibate and to have a healthy circulation of chi and sexual energies?

I don't see why not but I've never tried it for longer than a fortnight.

Is channelling the sexual energy into the higher centres via certain meditative techniques considered breaking the vow of celibacy? Does it break the vow if you have a wet dream? Or is it an aspect of the vow to not have any sexual energies at all?

Do you have a mentor or spiritual teacher you can speak with that has mastered this lesson? If not, I am thinking that meditations with your future self on the subject may help.

Remember, never make yourself bad or wrong if you get out of integrity with your vows. Love is all there is.

Earth Ritual and Xal, you give me much to meditate on. I'm beginning to beleive that by being celibate that one _is_ able to channel greater energies to higher sources. I don't think being celibate eliminates sexual energy rather it probably increases it in some ways. I just need to learn to utilize this energy in the right way.


And Earth Ritual I don't have a mentor as of yet. I'm currently looking, and I've found a few promising people. I beleive that the right guru will come along once I am fully established in my vows and ready to continue, so right now I'm focused on self-growth.

I also beleive that the ascended master Babaji is helping me behind the scenes, but he won't communicate with me or show himself until I'm advanced enough. I'll keep you guys updated.
