Hehe, that's what stress is about, giving you way more intense and scary dreams. That's the way you subconcios deals with stress. But do you really know what stresses you out? Is it really about the things that happens or does these incidents only trigger feelings and thought patterns that aren't healthy for you and therefore you feel stressed out. Normally stressrelated dreams give yo hints to the origin of those pattern. So sterss-related dreams normally have a lot of meaning.

But I don't think it was a precognition dream. Those are rare and normally will leave a distinct feeling. But taking the garbage out of the system is important to know, since you can help throwing this garbage away by looking at the garbage, sorting it out. That's why I think those dreams have meaning, maybe we got other definitions of the "meaning of a dream" ;)

If our readers can pardon the crude analogy, oftentimes doctors, nurses, veterinarians, etc. have the good sense to examine their patients' excrements as a way of making a diagnosis. I did not see a reason to panic. Poop happens.

Actually, I used to call it "brain poop" but have sanitized my language since then... inspired by George Carlin's "Brain Droppings."
It's like walking down an empty street, listening to your own footsteps. But all you have to do is knock on any door and say, "If you'll let me in, I'll live the way you want me to live. And I'll think the way you want me to think." And all the blinds will go up, and all the doors will open, and you'll never feel lonely. Ever again.

~Henry Drummond, "Inherit the Wind" (1960)

does anything in your childhood to do with a train set (like a toy one, I think with an engine) and a dark haired man mean anything to you?
