Sleep walking
Sleep walking
I have been sleep walking alot latley and whenever i do it seems like the things i do are memories to me. Three separate times i sleep walked. The first incedent i walked out of my room and whent into my cousins bed ( he wasnt in it), the second was i got up and stood by my tv in my room and only stood there my aunt came out of her room and asked me what i was doing i said " they told me to stand here" walked back to my bed and laid down, The third is the worst It wasnt actual sleep walking more like sleep screaming my uncle woke up at 3 oclock in the morning to me screaming like i was getting killed he tried to wake me up but to no avail, eventually i got so loud that he kicked me and i stoped screaming and fixed myself and went back to "sleep". My uncle is a soccar player which means his kicks are really hard but i woke up with no bruise or anything to even indicate he kicked me. Either im clinically insane or something is going on with me big time. My uncle said i was screaming like i was being killed. Possibly i could be having dreams that are actually memories. But i have no idea. My aunt says maybe its stress or anxiety that is making me sleep walk. I need some answers or a possible explanation.

Re: Sleep walking
Sleepwalking is fairly common, at least in minor cases where people might sit up in the bed or get up from bed then get back in etc... severe cases are rarer but of course they happen.
The screaming incident sounds like a sleep terror to me, sleep terrors are like extreme nightmares that i believe usually or always involve physical actions (such as fighting in the bed, running, screaming, trying to escape the bedroom etc...) the previous incidents sound like ordinary sleep walking.
Im not an expert, however sleep walking i would guess involves the brain not entering a stage of sleep correctly. When we fall asleep we go through a few stages of sleep and brainwave activity getting slower (deeper) each cycle until we hit REM stage, this is where we dream and at this stage our brain paralyzes our body hence we cant move at all. Two problems can occur, one is that the paralysis is so great our mind can wake up, so we are awake, but our body is paralyzed and we are unable to move. This is fairly rare, the more common and opposite is that the paralysis fails and our body is able to move, in this state if you dream you are walking then your legs will "walk" etc... if your brain then becomes aware that you are lying down it will make you get up and this you sleepwalk. In order to stop it happening you need to, i would guess, ensure your REM stage is deep and proper, to do that dont drink fizzy drinks of caffeine containing products for at least 4 hours before "bed time" (6 hours would be ideal or simply after dinner no more caffeine) go to bed only when you are tired, if you are forcing yourself into bed purely because it is getting late you will have rubbish sleep, so wait until you are getting droopy eyes and feeling tired. Then cut out all noises etc.. i have the TV on when i go to bed as it gets me to sleep, but it automatically turns off later, close the curtains and windows and get comfy. After that let nature take its course.
The worse that can happen is you get a good nights sleep.

Re: Sleep walking
Thank you i have been worried becasue i dont exactly what is going on i wondered if my night terror as you call it could have been a past life memory but i dont always assume that the things in my life happen that can be explained by magic.
