Okay! Since I was...abused..........I've had a HORRIBLE Sleep Issue! I went 4 and a half months STRAIGHT with NO SLEEP! I can fall asleep-when I'm lucky!! I feel asleep around 11:00 PM Jan. 27, 2011, BUT I woke up looked at the clock and it was 2:00 AM! Then I could NOT sleep, I kept looking at the clock until 5:30 AM! My loyal Familiar Cinnamon, is worried! She ended up passing out on my gut around 6:00 AM! She stayed up with me, just 'cuddling' so to say! I feel horrible! I feel like I'm annoying my mother....Also my doctor put me on a STRONG dose of Clonodene but I cant sleep! is there a spell?? I NEED sleep! Can anybody give me advice? I have been having Panic Attacks for the first time from lack of sleep! My best friends, and my whole family are ALL worried! What should I do
