Meditation Cd's

Hello All,

I'm having a tough time with my meditation. I know it will come in time, but I am not sure if I'm doing it right. Can anyone suggest which Cd, I can try and use to help me out in my meditation? The only real time I have to meditate is in the evening before bed.

I know this is old but I like listening to a quiet cd of a singing bowl. The biggest thing I see when people have trouble meditating is "trying" to meditate. When you enter the act with a feeling of "doing this" vs "being" its got an opposite effect.
