Is this Energy Work?

When I feel very in touch with the spiritual, I tend to feel a sensation in my hands. I don't know how to totally explain it. I guess I could say that it kind of feels like when you put your hands in a body of water, but airy... or like when you accidentally get a spider web caught on your hands.. Maybe goosebumps is right... But more energetic... I used to feel it during church worship services when I would lift my hands towards the heavens or when I got into that stereotypical Pentecostal state of spiritual ecstasy. Now whenever I relax myself and meditate I can feel it in my hands.

Whenever I'm in this state and point one finger towards the other, I can feel a disturbance about the size of the finger in what I believe to be energy around my opposite hand. Sometimes when I twirl one of my fingers in this "Energy" of the opposite hand, I can feel something wrapped around that finger. I also sometimes attempt to pinch the sensation around my hands and pull it with the opposite hand... I DO feel a stretch (or maybe an expanding) sensation when doing this.

I only feel these disturbances when both hands have the sensation. Is this me concentrating my spiritual energy and playing with my aura or is it something more mundane? I just need some confirmation.

Yes this is energy work, now all you need is a direction.

Yes, stones and tarot are direction. Or you can use that energy by itself to send to what ever need you may choose. Focus the energy into what you want it to be.
