Gluten Free Spells??

hi guys. i have a gluten intolerance. i am a aspiring kitchen witch. but spells that i have been looking up arent gluten free friendly. if i change the ingredients in the spell to make it work for me-will it change the properties of the spell or make it not work as well if i had of used grains and wheat?? any advice would be very helpful!!

As a person with a mild allergy to corn and lead a gluten free life for two years and still has some issues I don't think it changes the properties at all. God and Goddess know our intentions and that's the important part.
