I found the building that I've dreamt of tons of times

Today while I was on deviantart, I came across a picture that looked very familiar to me. After I clicked on it I realized that I've had dreams with this exact building in them. It's called the Buzludzha Monument. It was opened in 1981(17 years before I was born) in Bulgaria. I don't really know much about it.
I was really surprised when I found out that this building was real, but I was wondering how I could have dreamt of the building without have ever seeing it before.
