I'm in hospital because...

I tried to suicide again. For the hundredth time in my short life and I'm getting sick of it. I just want to die and every attempt sucks! I'm feeling depressed 24/7 for no reason and I'm so sad all the time.. I'm just so sick of it all.

Hang in there, Alina Rose. Speaking as someone who's been there done that, I can honestly say that trying to take your life isn't the way to go. Even though life is rough, you gotta keep picking yourself up and seek help. I'm still hanging on because I still have a glimmer of hope left that something will finally click for me and I won't have to feel so depressed most of the time. I hope the same happens for you. Start seeing a therapist if not already and be consistent in your treatment. I wish you the best.

I'm so sorry that you're going through such torment. I've been there darlin. I attempted suicide 4 times just a few years ago & that doesn't count the self-injury episodes. That was 5-6 years ago that it got its worst. I'm 33 now & still struggle not to harm myself but I deal with it a lot better. Now I'm really glad I didn't succeed but then I was pissed at myself for not "doing it right" & pissed at the friends that found me for taking me to the hospital. Now I owe them my life.
The hospital isn't a fun place but right now it's the best place for you to be. I'm proud of you for getting help. I just hope they're doing the best for you. A lot of your healing depends on you too.

Those dark moments hurt a lot but you can get through them. Try to keep busy and look forward
