Anubis

Anubis recently made humself known to me. I knew he was the jackal headed god, but not much else. When Sage's kits Baby Shadow and Dreamer were stillborn, and then Rory passed from incompemetent veterinary care, I was devastated. Anubis came to me and said that he had taken them as his companions. I learned that Anubis escorts the souls of the deceased to the next world. I miss my little ones so much, but it helps to know that they are in the care if Anubis. I know I'm not the only one goung through this. My little ines are helping the traumatized souls of the ones who didn't have a chance to die with a loving family.

Thank you Moonfire. I've always felt so sad for the ones who die violently or alone. Now I know that Anubis chooses certain of the ones who were loved to help the others with the crossing.
