Past Life Regression

I have always wanted to try PLR. I know there are a number of methods to try from trance like meditation to the sound of drums, to hypnotism. Any one have any suggestions on how I can find out what I may have been in a past life? Or is there anyone who would be able to find out for me? Some part of me feels the need to find out, as if there is something I should know. Thank you in advance!

I would suggest you have some one read a regression for you, and be present in case it goes badly. Sort of a guardian babysitter, that way they can also act as scribe so that you can be fully present in your regression and you don't have to bring your "remembering brain" into the experience. The guardian will also be ready with food and drink when you return, so as to bring you back and fully ground you afterwards.

I agree with Firebird. I've encountered some of my past lives spontaneously. It can be a bit like walking into a wall.

Ive had success with some podcasts or CDs that are guided meditations. Ive also done an in person regression. I cant say one was better over the other. I do recommend journaling about your experiences to help offer insights. I found out so much about myself and my path from my past lives.
