Dream Interpretation

Postby TawnyOwl » Sun Feb 22, 2015 3:09 pm

I was moving house with my late Mum and Dad and my living brother. We get in the car and I mention worrying about leaving the souls of out pets behind. I am also worried about three urns on the back shelf of the car, spilling.

One contains my mums ashes, a large bronze urn, one my living cats ashes, a small, round lidded dish and one of an old dog of hours in a wooden casket.

We drive along, my Dad is driving and he becomes vague and crashes into the wheel of a white tractor. The bonnet folds up like an accordion. But we just shout at him and keep driving. I think, how can the car be still working.

As we drive he becomes increasing distracted and almost drives down a roller-coaster.

We shout at him, pull over and I take over driving, I cannot drive in real life BTW. As I am driving everything turns to as if it where a line drawing. I become disorientated, I can hear shouting, I drive through what looks like the gates of heaven and down this line drawing of a roller coaster, everything is flashing everyone is screaming and I wake up with a start.

This is a very interesting dream. Very sorry for your loss. Is there a chance the pets represented your deceased family members and you are afraid to forget them?

I don't think so, there was no feeling of loss and my Mothers ashes where in the back despite her being alive in the car in the dream, also the dogs ashes where in a casket and my mothers ashes are in a casket in the waking world.

The ashes where put in a line of three.

The ashes, my Dads disorientation, the cartoon affect the world turned and the roller-coaster seemed to be the main points of the dream, the car was red.

And Thank you...

What feelings do you get when you remember the main points of the dream?

Okay so could you be frustrated by a feeling of helplessness in real life? And this helplessness has lead to fear of what could happen because of your lack of control on a situation?
