I use some Tibetan prayer beads to meditate. I use each bead as one inhalation and one exhalation then I move my fingers to the next bead. It's really handy because it gives you something physical to concentrate on.I have add/ADHD and I have always found it difficult to meditate for longer than five minutes. Does anyone have advice or tips to help teach myself to meditate longer?
