Dream cat problems?

So last night I had a dream and I need to share this because I want to know what it means and get it off my chest too.

I have a cat named moonbeam that lives with my grandma right now. I had a dream that he was dying so we put him to sleep at home with a shot.

After a month I came to visit and he was laying on the back porch still alive but only barely. He could move his head and front paws.

I took him inside to tell grandma and she's didn't know what to do. We found out HE was pregnant.
Then I woke up.

Any ideas what this means?
I woke up almost in tears.
