Help with 'dream' problem

Just a quick reply and some suggestions. I would clean my house, in both physical and spiritual ways. Get it as clean as you can...no biggie, just straighten up,sweep, vacuum, remove clutter. then burn some sage all over your hours, in each room, corners, allow the smoke to go into closets, around nooks and crannies, blow the smoke under beds....everywhere. Then burn some Frankincense and allow this to just smoke in the room where you are having the encounters. Say out loud in the most forceful way you can that any negative spirits must leave your home this instant. Don't be nice, don't be wishy washy. Remove this intruder from your home, It's your home and it was not invited. Tell him to never bother you again. If it continues I would ask for some additional help; you mentioned you think it was "sent to you" you need to reverse this, and you can! Wear black onyx, black tourmaline, tigers eye...these are all protective stones. Wear at all times after doing the cleansing mentioned. If this doesn't help you may need to get some additional help. Let me know how it goes. Remember, it's YOUR home. No one, alive or in spirit can enter your home without YOUR permission. Kick this sucker out!!!

I wrote this response for another topic, but it applies here as well. I'm a trance medium, also in my 60's, so we have some common ground. To me, what makes a good shield is knowing our own shadow-self. A shield is rooted in our self preservation, and so is our shadow. The shadow-self is the part of us that WILLS us to survive, it is our natural, deep instinct to thrive. If it's not balanced with a spiritual quality of mercy, we behave selfishly and even cruelly. And self-discipline comes into our shadow control as well.

We form shields out of our self-discipline and self-control, and these are the roots of our self-image. Yea, it's all about the personal "Me" that can command something repugnant to get out, stay out, do not pass Go. Sure, we all have sexual urges and it's our self discipline that just says no & means it.
