Here you sister! kids meditation and ritual omg talk about chaos hahaI'm just not a social person.
Now, to clarify, I'm not socially awkward, I'm just more of an introvert. Especially now that I'm older with kids, husband and a job... it's just easier to get things done on my own time.

fair enough, but only if his empathy leans towards psychometry in my case... I shield tight and close to my skin... I tend to be invisible by intent rather than accident.Depends on who you are asking for a hug. If it's an empath,he will pay for your hug, trust me.

I should learn to do that! Invisibility might be a problem for me too,but not the greatest, like poor shielding is.I shield tight and close to my skin... I tend to be invisible by intent rather than accident

Invisibility is a for of shielding but not... basically what I do is drag all my "self" my energy into my core, throw a tight shield that keeps everything in and project a "you don't see me, I'm not worth noticing, nothing to see here" vibe outwards, almost like wrapping a shield around a shield, inside layer to keep me in, outside layer to keep everyone else out
