Ah, Pazuzu the alien's site.

The site is a joke, full of a lot of fake material. Lots of people get conned by it, so don't worry...you're not the first.

But it sounds like it was a wonderful inspiration for an overactive imagination. You should harness that creativity you've got and put it to a more valuable use than scaring yourself.

I've been to that site before. I lost the address a long time ago and am glad I did. Thanks for letting me know it was a bunch of crap, juliaki. I would've- one of these days when I got bored- went frantically looking for it. I will admit, even though I thought it was a little strange site I was almost conned by it. I'm glad I never found it again. This is off topic but does anybody know of the site that is sponsored by lycos and has Silver's Teen Witch as one of their reccomended books. The backround- this could have changed- was the stars in a black sky. Anyone ever been there or know anything about it?

Seeing shadows can just be part of your imagination. Now if you feel a certain presence (sp?) then you might have a spirit in your house. Which isn't necessarly a bad thing, because a lot of times it won't hurt you. But if you feel an evil presence, then I would try doing a protection spell, just in case.

In my opinion, you really shouldn't be doing spells if you are new to the whole concept of paganism. Yes, spells are fun, but they can be dangerous as well. You should study the religion more deeply, and learn what you are going into. Also, don't forget to cast a circle and purify it before doing any spells. This way, the "bad" spirits are kept out.

Just do a little more research and know what you believe before you do spells. There is much more to paganism than witchcraft.

If you don't know how to cast a circle, then you shouldn't be doing anything. What is the obsession people have with just diving in head-first, casting spells like some kinda crazy mad-person, then running onto a forum when something doesn't go quite how they want..?

Wait... stupid question. Curiosity (and over-eagerness) killed the cat, n what-not.

Think of it like this (oh no, stupid Elem analogy coming up!):

If I gave you a oboe and a book of Really Complex Oboe Songs.. Then told you to play them all, because, y'know.. All the notes are there! All the instructions - Easy!... Then you'd say "No, I can't, because I don't know how" (unless you DO play the oboe, in which case I'd give you a different instrument you can't play :P haha).

Same for spells. You might have the 'equipment' and the necessary instructions telling you what the spell does and what to say... But unless you know how to do it, and how to do it safely, then why on Earth are you even trying? Go learn. Google.com is great, as is the very website you're on at the moment. Search the forums, search the main site (www.everythingunderthemoon.net).

You can't run before you can walk.

Sweetie I haven't seen anyone being mean to you at all, far from it.
The advice you have been given is good sound advice and was given to you freely so as you can learn.
You'll have oodles of questions along the way and that is why this forum is such a good place to ask questions and to recieve help and advice.
Please continue to ask your questions but take the advice you are given in the sense it is meant - i.e to help you.
:D
