The difference I see in Linda’s and Alexander’s sources that supports their approaches is Linda works from hard fact and matter world, documented data and interviews. Alexander’s source isnt stated but I recognize from channeled data that has been repeated by more than one independent & unconnected sources. Both methods imply validity of data. Both involve abductee testimonies of their experiences of encounters.

Alexander was the interviewer? Name-day celebration yesterday in here was name Alexander, lol. Yeah he was pushing his opinions which were classical new age opinions into interview, I love how she remained patient and decomposed it all to factual analysis of common sense. I felt his opinions bit airy yet fairly alright, still if you want to connect with society full scale you need facts.
How she said she was tricked at some military(?) base into watching presentations just that they could observe her was a very mature statement. I love that.

Re winter blues
I often feel something that could be described as melancholic joy ... afternoon sun in winter months fits that kind of melancholic hope too
now it is few days to spring so "the darkest before the dawn" comes to mind with mentality, also intertwined with panic and hysteria
