Three Wishes Guardian Angel Help
Submitted by InNocenT
Hi I want to share this spell with the people:
Put three candles in the highest place you have at home, inside a plate with sugar all around the candles. Light the candles. Ask for three wishes to your guardian angels ST. RAFAEL, ST. MICHAEL, and ST. GABRIEL.
Ask one wish for business, one wish for love and one impossible wish.
Publish this spell on the third day (after you requested the wishes) and see what happens on the fourth day...
Spell for whishes
So, that means... Go onto a forum, n post it? Or spam it to your email contacts? What on Earth that does that have to do with granting your wishes...?Publish this spell on the third day

Whilst the spell itself may be legitimate, I urge anyone trying it to not go around spamming it to other boards. It's almost as bad as those "OMG, SEND THIS TO LYK, 5000 PPL IN 5 MINUTES ND AL OF UR WISHES WIL CUM TRU!!" emails.
God I hate those emails..

<rant ends>

Ummm...okay. Why is Uriel, the Archangel of water, left out of the equation? An unbalanced spell is worse than no spell at all. Plus, These entities are of Judeo-Christian origin, which most Wiccans don't recognize.
Good ideas concerning candle safety, however. Just be sure to watch out for the cats.

I was watching something, where back when all the pagans started to convert to christianity thy has a thing called angel magic i think. And thay whould wright on a peice of paper in the angels language and burn it over a white candle ( sounds familyer huh? ) And suposidly an angel whould come down and grant your request. Or something to that effect. Thay play it on the history channle all the time (thay seem very obsessed with christianity and never seam to play anything about any religon other than it exept on halloween then vampire histry is on) But thats is the only thing i have herd about calling for angels. Also i havent ever herd of Uriel? I know Rafael is only mentiond in the chatholic bible right?

Are thay just information from the other dead sea scrolls not used in the bible? Or some other ancent texts? I whent to a bible study where thay talked about the ones in the KJV, and i know in the chatholic bible thay add atlest one other messnger.
Oh yes, and i love the website.

The proper names of angels hold great mystical and magical power. The names of angels reflect their official duties or roles in the cosmic schema of things; each letter shines a divine light that can be meditated upon and contemplated. Angel names are "names of power" used in prayers, incantations and on amulets to help the mortal person gain access to the mysteries expressed by the name, and also provide protection against the forces of darkness.
Most angel names in Judaic-Christian lore are Hebrew. The "-el" at the end of the names is a suffix meaning "God;" thus angels are "of God."
Only three angels are named in Christian scripture: Michael, Gabriel and Raphael (the latter's name appears in the Book ofTobit, which is part of the Catholic Bible). However, ex-canonical works belonging to the Apocrypha and Pseudipigrapha, as well as other sources, are rich in angel names. The Catholic Church does not permit the use of any other proper names of angels other than the three mentioned. All names from Apochryphal writings were rejected by Pope Zachary in 745, and again by a synod at Aix-la-Chapelle, France in 789.
The concept of "names of power" dates to the ancient Egyptians, Greeks, Hebrews, Assyrians, Essenes and Gnostics, who believed that incredible power could be unleashed by the vibrations of spoken words. The Egyptians invented names of power for magical rituals, which were passed into texts absorbed into the Western culture. Names of power play a prominent role in mysticism and in magical traditions. By uttering a name of power, we summon the essence of that vibration.

The spell seems a little odd for me. Especially since it tells you what angels to call upon. I'm a high believer in angels, it's one thing I've always believed in no matter what my religion was.
I believe everyone has a gaurdian angel, and to know there name is to hold a sort of power through them. I believe there are ways to talk to your angel (and I Have spoken with mine). Sorry, that was a bit off topic, but I just wanted to share my two cents about Angels.
