Exilus: You said this is an ability you are intimatly knowlaged about? If so, I'd like a better understanding of the breakdown on it. Faith in the Lord and Lady above and beyond as a given, what are, if any, the focals that you use or recomend. What's the practicality of it. (I like my doings in the ether and after to have a practical meaning for me. Call it personal preference.) and what would be warnings if any (and I'm sure there's loads as is the case with astral/ether work.) that I would need to be aware of before attempting? I'm not sure if I'll ever have a need of this but it sounds interesting and that alone is cause for me to seek knowlage. If you are willing to share.

I'm not really sure. I'm meeting him again this weekend, though, so I can ask him to elaborate. I think that's what he means, though, or else that his spirit is broken up in some way, like separated twins, so he's living two lives at once or in separate planes. He's always tired when he awakes from that.

Sorry this took so long to answer My children when they were here brought Lice home from school, and I have long waist length hair, so we have been making sure it was all gone..chuckles.

Ok Dream walking is never easy, while Yes a witch can do almost anything, you have to remeber when you dream walk you are attempting to join your energie with anothers. To make them mesh, and then you are attempting to enter their head and affect their mental state.

I have done this with Heavenly who lives in Belgium and Deirdre who lives with me, when they asked me to. But its never easy because you are risking being wrapped up and caught up in their dreams. Ity like risking being caught in their chaos, because if you enter a nightmare, remember they are afraid already and if you are entering to aid them you risk running into what you are afraid of as well.

While getting into the dream is easy it is controling it that is not.


The focals I use is a knowledge of the person, and or candles depending on my closeness emotionally as well as physically to the person.

Bare in mind you are joining your energies with another and it is easy for the person to stop you entering should they truly not wish you there, its like locking a door if you will.

Also wolf you have to be extremly carful once your in, you have to kinda try and imagine a multi doored hallway that is there mind, and you have to try and remember which door you used to get in, that or ride it out untill they wake up, because if you don't remember then getting back out is harder than getting in.


It can help because while you are there the person can filled with the feeling of not being alone, and in a nightmare just that feeling can make riding it out for them much much easier.


wich is mostly what I use it for, a kind of Nightmare theorpy, if you wish to try it I would try someone you know, and not during a nightmare, because riding a nightmare can be like riding a torture chamber, and if it is somthing that truly scares the person who is having it, which usally nightmares are you can run the risk of being wrapped up in it as well and then you both experience it.
