I'm gonna run with you're probably not cursed but to clear the negativaty out, try burning a sage "smudge" stick and wafting the smoke through your house. Go room to room and cleanse each individually.
That and the smell of smoked sage is just a nice scent anyways.

Curses
I have not been cursed my self and hopfully i wont be but just try simple measures given here and that doesnt work do reasearch to see if you can find the curse put on you (there are a lot so i dont know if u could) or look for a spell or ritual that you feel would cleanse you when it comes down to it about not knowing do research take advice and go with your feelings. If you find a spell that when you pick it up and read it you feel it will work then go with it. Your feelings are the best things you have to go on when it comes to magic. and trying not to hurts someone on purpose is a good way to go just because they tryed to hurt you you shouldnt do the same that would not be right. and also in my religion i have the 3x3x3 rule so not hurting anyone is the most beneficail to all
