Favourite season?

Mine has to be summer. It's all about the long, warm evenings that just stretch on and on. Sitting out in the garden until 10 at night feeling the warm breeze on my skin.

I'm not a fan of winter, at the moment it gets dark at 4.30, which, to be blunt, sucks. Plus I like hanging out in jeans and t-shirts, but at the moment I'm wearing two jumpers!

I appreciate all the seasons; I can find several activities and gorgeous scenery in each of them. But summer is my favorite for the same reasons you just listed! And I love cycling, you can't really do that in winter.

i like winter, mostly because it gets dark so fast. . . i dont like doing much outdoors except being in the snow, and in the sunny-ness of summer, you get a tan, which i am really not a fan of (when its winter where i live, its hardly sunny, and when it is i get completely bundled up anyways.)

my favorite season has to be the spring. i love how everything comes to life and blooms. definitely a lot of beauty in that. although i can enjoy winter, summer, and fall a lot too. i'm probably a little biased because my birthday is in the spring too. not that i look forward to it, but it kind of puts a pleasant spin on things. plus i love the smell of rain, so it's always nice to get lots of rain in the spring (even though the farmers aren't always fond of it!)

Spring just when its getting warm, and you get that first touch of a warm rain, its so nice to ummmmmmm lay with your mate and ummm...... searches for words that wont walk me into another vampire thread blasting. well you get the point i hope...chuckles

I do like the crisp, clear coldness of a wintry night. However, I find I become lethargic and pretty down during winter. The long, bright, golden sunshine of summer is what lifts my spirits.

I love spring and summer. Everything is so fresh and green. Although when I lived in Phoenix I did not like summer at all, waaaaay to hot.

I guess my favorite season has to be the spring.... I don't care too much for the cold or extreme heat and our spring is just right. You can lay out and tan and not burn which is what I usually do towards the end of sping. Spring is just a feel good time for me and I don't have any bad memories from it either.

Summer

I didn't used to notice it before, but Winter just seems so depressing. I love getting out of school, but I hate that it gets dark so fast. 5:30? thats way too soon! And it's always dark when I wake up. Really messes with my mood. I don't like being cooped up in a house cause it's too cold to be outside.

There's ups! I like snow cream and ice sicles.

Summer here isn't too bad, it gets hot, but its tolerable. I'm always outside in the summer. Doing something. And I'll give in to my girly side. I like summer clothes. LoL.

Yeah, me too. Waking up when it's dark, and then leaving work when it's dark is just wrong. Wrong wrong wrong. When I am Queen of the world it will be bright and sunny all year round.
