Need help with past lives

ok so here is the thing.. i really want to start looking in to my past lives but i know me and i can't do it with out help.. i have read those "guided meditations" but i can't seem to read them to myself and relax all at the same time and i dont' have anyone that will help me either. Does anyone know of any "Guided meditation" CD that would help me?

Gwen I will look for you but I am not sure, if it is truly the type of help you need, try relaxing in a fark room, just you and a candles light, simply relax and look into your self and follow your heart.

i am not good with past lives and sure others will be better at aiding you, but that is my advice...smiles

If I'm not mistaken, I believe that you can get a good idea about your past lives through a Tarot Reading. Of couse, you might have to create your own "Past Life" spread.
