New sig

hey guys,I have a new sig. It is in sardonic mode,but I want you all to know it is not in reference to anyone here or this site. I am pissed off at another board and this reflects my annoyance,I want it to be there so I see it often. It will remind me that I need to rise above ignorance and intolerance,something I have been guilty of myself,in the past.Sorry to those I may have hurt. Well met, to those who have the courage of their convictions too.I love the fact that here we can disagree,but not hate each other for it.This board is a great resource,remember that people. We have argued here,sometimes angrily too, but we are a diverse and intelligent bunch,it shows through. I just wanted to say that. I am feeling right now, feeling grateful and thankful for all the good people here. Enough of the sentiment. I hope you all understand. This is a rare resource. I fully appreciate that now. actually, come to think of it, give us a cackle...i could do with a laugh. im actually extremely f*cked at the moment, but i'll deal. i always do. i hope you feel better soon. my insomnia has been acting a real bitch lately, and whats made it that much worse is my oh-so-lovely mood swings have made get pissed with all my waking hours so in a feebled attempt to sleep...i'm up more than ever. one addage that helps me out a little is "life goes on" i say it alot, but sometimes i need the little reality smack to keep me in check

That is a great sig. I can really appreciate that. Unfortunately it's true in so many ways, but that's one of the things I love to rebel against. Enjoy the right to be yourself and to be smarter than the average sheep! 'Cause that's what the general consensus usually is.

One thing that helps me, is 'when life gives you lemons...' I say it as 'you'd best find someone who can help make you lemonade' Reminds me talking is good and about asking for help if you need it,something I 'm guilty of being too proud to do,sometimes. Cackle,cackle. Oh well,at least you know I 'm the same,including the mood swings,we can always be grumpy together. Thanks guys.

its amazing how good talking is and also how hard it can be to initialize it. like personally im a private person, and if something gets me down to the point where i need to talk it makes me feel really weak. i know im not but those guy's in my head like to piss me off from time to time. But i am confident you'll be all good, your one of the strongest people i know.

one adage i hate though "every cloud has a silver lining" ive always interpreted that as all the good stuff is out of reach so you either get that or some idiot is giving you a bunch of sour things to make them a drink...very selfish dont you think

Yeh,more like every silver lining has a cloud attatched. I know what you mean. Don't let the buggers get you down,don't hold a grudge -get even and move on. Keeps me smiling. Life's too short to waste time being down,nobody is worth the grief,those who matter don't mind and those who mind don't matter.Etc.Etc.Etc. Throwing lemons,I like it!
