Creating a gemstone energy source for energy work

You can draw from the energy of Mother Earth, boosting the level of output for visualization or working with quartz crystals for healing...try this.

You may need to do it on a floor space or anywhere there is room, even in your lawn in nice weather.

1. Pick out 4 gemstones to boost the energy of each direction. That might be Moonstone for East; Rose Quartz for the South; Amethyst West; Clear Quartz the North. The choice should be yours and work for you.

2. Select 4 neutral stones for the cross-quarters (Southeast, Southwest, Northwest, Northeast. All 4 of any type neutral stone. Neutral is one that isn't what you would pick to boost your energy (no rules, you pick the type yourself).

3. Prepare yourself to meditate or work with a crystal. Sit, place the stones at least an arm's lenght away, in a circle. Stand up and now walk clockwise around the inside edge of gemstone circle 4 times to close the gaps. Count before starting and each time around, so you are silent at finish. Walk to the center, sit down.

4. Form your shield, bubble, or sphere of light. Now start the energy work.
