Favorite moon phase?

I am in love with the stars... the moon is my sister, the earth my mother
I watch the moon as often as possible. My favorite is Galadriels Ring.
That would be the one that is a cresent moon but the ring is there like in an eclipse. I believe that 4 times a year there is a single star that rides the back side of the ring ....It is just beautiful.

I just love Full Moons! I could sit outside & stare at them for hours. I love their power & beauty.

I prefer the waxing moon, close to full. Which is also when I was born.

I find the waxing moon quite useful, some things are better done at the full moon. It really depends on what you need.

I'll have to think about that Sobek, or should say "me too"...I know the Egret is for grace and beauty, can't recall what the Swan is for at the moment.

Must be the waxing moon, huh?

I love the full moon but I also love the new moon, when its just a small crescent in the sky. Feels like a good time for new beginnings!

It's got to be the full moon for me every time! There's something comforting and magical about it, that draws me. It shines into my bedroom, and I don't like to shut out it's light. Sometimes it's brightness actually wakes me up in the middle of the night. The waning of the moon makes me feel sort of sad. Over here in France, much gardening and planting is done according to the phases of the moon, & although I prefer the full moon as a personal thing, I recognise the efficaciousness of the other phases, being an bit of a gardener myself!

The swan moon is the last little sliver of the moon before it goes dark. It's swan moon as in "swan song".
