To make posts in the sections other than the "For Everyone" section you must obtain at least 10 posts, and then contact one of the admins so they can give you access to those threads. It's to help keep out spam.

no need to contact an admin.

just click on usergroups (its on the top of the page) and click inner circle
then you see a button with join this group, after that you wait and you'll get admitted to the inner circle
