need help!!!!!- very bad experience with a local psychic

Hi,

About 2 weeks ago I made the mistake of visiting a local psychic near where I live for advice, she ended up talking me into paying her to get some kind of spiritual clearing on me and my family, and whatever she's done has made us feel very, very sped up and constricted 24/7, as if we took a ton of stimulants. I feel like I'm being suffocated and strangled spiritually. I'm most of all worried for my parents, they already have heart problems and high blood pressure and it's been made much, much worse from this. I've also had tinnitus, and I feel like I've lost some hearing from this, I hope it returns. I was told some psychics will make their victims sick and miserable on purpose so they can keep getting more money from them, I hope that's not the case with us. Can anyone here give me healing and help or advice with this, and undo whatever this psychic has done to us and to return us back to our normal, healthy pace and state of being?

hmm i suggest a cleansing/banishing ritual/spell


or fight it with your energy and "free" up all the bad energy that is pressing down on all of you.

maybe a house cleaning ritual (just guessing here)

Yes, that's what it feels like, it feels like there's a ton of energy pressing down on us, and we feel extremely sped up and constricted.
I don't know that much about spells and rituals, can you give me a very easy ritual that I could do to remove this? I have sea salt, someone told me to dissolve it in water and spray it all around the house, would this help?

i have heard of it.

anything can work really if you just put enough intent in the preperation and actually doing the cleansing.

and with intent i mean focusing on your goal (you could write a chant that you can keep thinking over and over in your head or saying it out loud)

the feeling of energy weighing down on you is a sign if psychic attack (doesn't always have to be, but ussually is)

OMG, that's so horrible. I went to a psychic when I was in high school who told me something very similar. She tried to tell me that I needed 9 one hundred dollar bills and an egg. I asked her if there was another way, as I didn't really have the money. And she tried to tell me that she was sure that I had it in savings. I asked her if I would get the money back, and of course she told me that it would go to her church. I left as politely as I could, but ended up scared for a while after that she might actually try to do something to me. Something about it was so creepy that I never really had an interest in going to a psychic or anything of that nature ever again. I'm almost paranoid about that, so this really hit a nerve.

As Revolpathon said (and hopefully you've solved the problem by now), intent is the most important thing.

Personally, for cleanings I use salt water, sage and white candles. There are a couple of variations. One is to put the candles in the middle of the room and the other in the door ways, in every room in the house. Set purifying incense in each room or use sage. Sprinkle salt water around the room (or in each corner), and every door way. Make sure you clean each door way with sage or other purifying incense. (I would personally take a purifying bath and smudge myself first.)

Just make sure you draw on your personal power and your faith and all will be well.

Sounds like you need a specific type of reversing spell.

Get a tall black candle and a black bowl/jug/container, whatever works.

Fix the candle onto the bowl using some wax drippings.
Fill the bowl with water, but obv don't get the wick wet.
Light the candle.
Breathe deeply and meditate for a few minutes, once you're in your meditation zone, imagine all of the negative energy leaving your body.
Start at your feet, bring it up, feel it flowing through your body, hold your arms up so the negative energy can come right out of your fingertips.
Feel yourself empty and then imagine the sun casting down on you, filling you back up with pure energy.

Leave the candle to burn down and listen to it splutter as it reaches the water.
Bury the water and candle outside.
