Self healing

I have been for the past few months trying to heal myself, and to complete the spiritual journey and quest that I need. I have released all the negative that I have been holding to from the past, along with sending the good karma about to those I may have hurt. I also made a promise to the Crone, that I would release all guilt (I have a spanish/catholic background= double guilt- family members use guilt as a way to make you do something, that I know is either not worth it, or may cause harm) With That being said. I can make only baby steps to heal myself or to find what I am looking for.. than it back slides again.. Sleepness, lost of my hair. and moodiness. What can I do to stay on this quest.. I have cleansed my house ,the property, I pray, chant and visualize. I need to fully complete this task before I am allowed to move ahead.. "something from my past will not let me move ahead.. "

Please any help or suggestions are fully welcome..

well you gotta try to remeber what is that , that is holding you back . i know what you mean by catholic uggh been there done that .(im curious what do you mean by spanish)
i m trying to let go of my childhood, problems, violence, screaming, bad words,a divorce long story . but im on my way to become a better person and i m trying to let go of everything no matter how painful they were.

just find what hurst you and just let it go forgive and forget . that way you can move up

I've been doing this same thing myself its been so hard spiritually i've made allot of changes allot of my change has come through dreams Its like i've been getting allot of messages on how to move on and heal as well as an overall understanding of things. If you got a message inside you to forgive and ask forgiveness of those that hurt you that is a very great thing I've been doing that as well making peace and cleansing yourself of this negativity is a step forward towards healing. Its been a tough one for me doing this but I have. I've done cleansings of my house and things as well .. nearly daily I do a simple meditation along with a purification cleansing bath its done wonders and allowed change to flow into me. I wish you well on your journey towards healing

I don't mean to sound like the "mother" but have you had a medical check????Sleeplessness and loss of hair could be a sign of something that requires a little assistance for your self healing....
