Working with energy

Hi All,
I've been working with suggestions from Honor Rose and Aethist of Peace. In a short time I've been able to produce a strong shield. It does take focus to keep it with me. I'm also using a ward that Aethist of Peace shared with me. I did a meditation in the bath with clary sage and basil. I had Feng Sheui playing and had the curtains opened to the almost full moon. The energy i felt was amazing, I could actually feel the weight of it in my hands. Later on my computer messed up, my home phone died in my hands and my cell phone won't hold a charge. I spent some time with a friend last night, during the dice game our hands touched and his was very cold. I asked him to put his hands in between mine and without touching I created heat that warmed his hands. It did transfer to the rest of me and I got kind of toasty. It was cool (no pun intended). It felt positive and good. He is not much into any of this and he said "How did you do that?! I explained I've been meditating and playing with energy. There was no comment from him but I could sense him thinking something like, hmm.

I am intrigued! If you don't mind me asking...how do you create a strong shield like you described? And how did you create the heat?

Hi Midnight Wolf, check out the thread under pshycic powers, channeling that says "empath needs help here. I got my help from these folks. Also check out the thread under spells and rituals that says "wards" When I added the ward I seemed to feel energy more intensly. It is hard to describe how the heat was created. I just had the intent to make my friends hands warm. He said he was having trouble with circulation so perhaps the intent was set to heal as well. Hope this helps.

Hi,
Thought I would check back in and let you know whats up. When I do Tarot readings I feel heat generating in my hands. It usually works its way to the rest of me. If my hands are near the Querents, they can feel it too. I'm new to doing readings for others I wasn't sure I trusted my abilities. This past I got good feedback on the readings I gave. My sister did not ask me her question out loud but said the cards gave her answers.
