Someone Please help me with this recurring nightmare...

Here is the nightmare...

I'm in a field of Black Roses, when all of a sudden a dark void opens up beneath my left heel, then devours me...i come to, where there is this demon named Darkrai standing right over me...then he forces himself upon me, trying to impregnate me...then i wake up, sweating...i do not know what i should do, maybe someone here would be kind enough to lend me a helping hand? it would be greatly appreciated.

i don't really know if i am astral projecting through these dreams...though it may be likely that i am...Darkrai may be a pokemon, i'm not very sure...

This may be completely irrelevant but bad dreams suck so.... I find I always have nightmares when I sleep on my back - see if there is a position you always find yourself waking up in when you have this dream and try not to fall asleep like that. Maybe it could be a simple solution.
