Very Upset/Ashamed About a Dream I Had

This is really upsetting me last few days and I feel really ashamed of myself for it. I had a dream about this person whom I was very close to until recent times and I went up to them and whispered a really appalling and hateful comment about them into their ear. The thing is I am not lke this as a person to go that far.

I would certainly not want to say or want this to happened to this person who hurt me. I thought I had even moved on from the situation were I was not longer in any major emotional state about it. Just shocked me that I did in a dream what I would never do in real life, not even to someone I truly hated. Which is nobody.

I feel sick about it really. What makes us dream such wicked things.

Perhaps because you have not yet truly worked out your anger towards this person? Even though we follow a path of Peace that does not mean that anger eludes us or we are immune to it. In fact, anger, used constructively, can be a very good thing. It instills a passion in us, not to lash out or seek revenge but to fight for change. Just a thought.
