i saw a psychic yesterday and she said that along with a reading, that i get an energy healing? what exactly is that?

Or to put it another way, it's a tranference of energy from a 'source', converted through the 'medium' for a specific purpose.

The medium (in this case, the healer) draws energy from a source and converts that energy into a healing energy, or more correctly - a positive energy.

It's always important to trust the person who is doing this work because as we know, energy in it's raw form is neither positive or negative, it has to be put to a purpose before it can achieve a specific aim.

As energy can be converted in the medium into a positive energy (healing) it can also be converted into a negative energy which will have the opposite effect and cause harm.

I always use my intuition before I allow somebody to give me 'healing', because as we also know, there are some pretty strange individuals out there.
