Macabre dream... Evil "barbie" doll

I had found a woman lying on a table with her face down... For a reason; her face was cut up and bloody... She was dead. As I saw this, I could feel a presence in the room... I could not see it, but I ran upstairs, I knew the presence could not come upstairs... I would be safe... I am alone, and I go to the fridge, cut up some food, slice cheese... As I turn my eyes away for so to look at the food again, I notice deep traits of blood in it... I throw the food in the trash.
Then I am in the basement again, and I can see the presence, and she has murdered more than 1. She is tiny, on the size of a barbie doll. I am scared, so scared that I dont know what to do, but then I remember that they live off fear.... And as I remember this the fear goes away and I am left with one feeling, determination. I grab her, she makes no effort to resist as with my unfear I am draining her off energy. I grab her neck, and after a few seconds her neck gives in and breaks

Hum, this is definitely a strange dream- that's for sure. Borders on nightmarish, I think too.
