Please explain what this means

In my dream the skin and flesh on the top of my left breast had a hole in it in the hole this green growth that was round and attached by veils. And it would glow and it hurt and I woke up and my chest hurt. This was the night after my first spell and it went well, just a spell for positive energy. But my instant thought waking up and ever since has been something has been put in my chest. Weird I know. Ideas?
