The pain from my bf leaving is strong. i cant seem to make thain go away but for a day....he will be back soon, but the pain is still there, i cant even sleep......if you dont have the time, its ok. i know that this is a smal matter. thanks

I answered another post where you were looking for a spirit guide. There were some tips on meditating in that thread. Those meditations can apply to this as well. I would recommend using a rose quartz (to heal the heart) or a soothing blue stone like topaz or aquamarine to help with this.
