My disturbing "rabid rabbit" dream - interpretatio

Hi,

I just joined this message board and am so stoked to be here. What a great resource!

I had a dream/nightmare a few nights ago that truly disturbed me. I was inside my home, wearing a Burberry trenchcoat (because I always wear mine inside, don't you, haha). Up to the glass door from the back yard frantically runs a cute brown rabbit, looking panicked through the glass at me inside. I wonder why it looks a bit intense (perhaps it was chased). The rabbit notices, at the same time as I do, that the door is ajar, so it pushes it's way into my house. I bend down to see it more closely and/or comfort it with my hand extended as if to pet it, and suddenly it bares these sharp FANGS at me. Before I can pull away, it chomps down on my wrist, but because of the coat sleeve, its teeth don't break the skin. I am calm and think to myself, "This rabbit has got to be rabid to be acting so nuts! How can I get it off me?" Meanwhile, my husband is behind me. I can feel him pressing into my back in an affectionate way, like a hugging position. I am thinking or perhaps ask him aloud, "Um, could I get a little help here?" and wondering why he is such a dumbass to not notice I'm being attacked by a feral creature in our own kitchen. Mercifully, the alarm went off and I woke up.

In waking life, I do not live in the house that appeared in my dream, nor am I married. I don't even have a significant other now, so I don't know what the rabbit nor the husband symbolizes. I've looked at dream dictionaries and rabbits symbolize everything from A to Z so that wasn't much help. I rarely remember my dreams, so this one must mean soemthing significant. And my dabblings in psychic activities has really ramped up the past few months, so I feel like someone is trying to tell me something via this dream. Any takes on this? Thanks in advance.
