Your First Spell..

mine wasnt a spell really i found it on here. It was to find out who was speaking gossip of you.lets just say i know who my real freinds and my real enemies are.

my first spells that worked were a bannishing spell(to get rid of a girl who constantly followed me and was a jerk at school) and a growing spell
(i am (was) short and really thin) both were kinda selfish i realize now, but hey, eigth grade sucks

Traffic light manipulation when I was 4. Thanks to anime, I've actually been believing and practising magick since I was very young (never underestimate the power of Sailormoon, eh). I only got around to studying books and texts on the occult when I was 13.

I taught my little sister how to do spells when she was 6. Her first spell was one to make the wind come (it was hot). She then followed it up with a rain spell which resulted in 3 car accidents and us being stranded on the highway for about an hour. Sheesh. Kids these days.

My one (and possibly only so far) spell I've done was when I was about 15 (I'm 21 now), back at a time when wicca etc was kinda cool amongst my friends. Some of my friends (at a different school from me) had told me about a spell they did on a really horrible, up herself girl at their school which made all the bad things she'd ever done come back onto herself. She apparently got a really bad rash on her face for a while. At my school, there was this really, REALLY horrible music teacher, who was one of the most bigoted people I've ever encounterd, offended me constantly and often made me cry with his comments (I was kinda unstable at that time anyway:)). I did the spell on him, I didn't use any pre-written spell, though I did have a piece of red cloth that I'd painted a pentagram on in gold paint, I did it mainly through talking to the spirits. He got a really nasty infection in his mouth (possibly shingles, I'm not sure) which lasted for about a month. I know this was a horrible thing to do, but me and my friends justified it by the fact that we decided we wern't actually doing them any harm, simply allowing the 3-fold rule to take it's course, allowing karma to work through us and all that.
Anyway, I hope to start doing nice things for people as soon as possible:D

It has been six years since anyone has posted anything! My first spell was a week ago i had lost my algebra book on friday and it was monday morning. Algebra was my first class so i looked through a spell app i had found on itunes and found a spell to find a lost item. I walked into my algebra class a nervous wreck until i see my algebra book on a table in her room. i was SOOOOOO relieved and also kinda smug that was actually a great monday

First spell? Well that was a while back, I think I was 12 or 13. The spell was for a friend of mine who was being teased really badly for her to gain courage. We called on Apollo and Mars, we drew the mars insignia on tin foil, folded it as small as we could and she carried it around with her for a week, it was very nice, and the next day she came in with an air about her that made the teasing stop almost instantly.

Well as ashamed as I am to say it, mine was a love spell. You learn from past mistakes and for any beginner, don't cast love spells on anyone. They work (mine did) but they can be a hassle.

I went through a very immature phase where I cast several love spells... but the spell I consider my first spell casting as a true witch was when I cast a spell to help a very shy friend of mine break out of his shell a bit. He ended up signing up for a talent show... to do magic tricks of all things! lol

My first spell was to attract a buyer for our house that had been up for sale for a long time without any interest in it. We weren't even getting any walk-throughs. That week several people scheduled viewings. One buyer, actually an organization who provids housing for the disabled, was interested. They came back several times and purchased our house.

My first spell was just a simple pain spell for my arthritis. It was more a visualizing spell that worked for maybe a few hours or so. I don't use it anymore because I'd rather take medicine for the pain but at the time, I wasn't good at protection yet so why not try healing.

My first spell was, unfortunately a love spell that Thank the Goddess and God didn't work out!, but my true first spell was doing a circle to balance my energy by calling forth the elements. It felt so amazing afterwards that I repeat the spell once every three months (circle wise) and I just do a small chant now that I've done it so much and ground myself to get that feeling a being renewed.
