I found this site while I was looking up some practical spells, and different beliefs. I've been interested in this for a while now, so I decided to join...

I found this site when looking for a sane forum on google, I need to escape the fluffies and I was searching, spotted this board and came to see it. I liked what I saw so here I am.

I did a google search for "Wiccan messageboard" & was led to this one.
I'm just looking to rekindle an old passion of mine in witchcraft & majick.

For quite a few years I was a regular at the A Mystical Grove messageboards. It was a lively community and I was sad to see it go. For a while I drifted out of the online Pagan community but recently decided to get involved again. I spent some time looking through different communities and following links. This lovely community I found through a link of a link of a link that I clicked a while ago :)

My main purpose was to not be so alone in understanding Wicca. The bookstore here consists of something about "Everything you need to know about Wicca." which is a cute little book that has a lot of info, but i would rather spend my money on something more informative. Like the Borders in Huntington. Compared to my small Waldenbooks store that has few if not around 2 or 3 books about Wicca, and Borders that had DOZENS of books.

I almost nearly died then. Near death experience!

I was like... Hmm! a message board? I could talk to others, ask questions, read, learn, and so much more. Which is always different then having to research on your own. (not saying that its not imporant!)

I searched Google... wicca message boards. And Poof! Can't be more happy!

I don't recall, really, which is sad considering it was less than a week ago.

I should log off now or I'll never get my Archaeology term paper written. I've been stuck on stupid page four for ages now.

I came to this site by way of google. I too, was looking for a message board for witches. Unfortunately, the group I belonged to some time ago became famous and has members in the hundreds of thousands by now I believe. I don't know. It just looked inaccessible to me and there was no room for getting to know anyone, which is what I wanted. It is like myspace for witches, lol. I love it here though. Everyone is friendly and the topics discussed are more underneath the surface.

I also found this website by google. I searched for "Pagan Forums" and here I am. I also am a member to a few myspace groups but their is just so many people. You really never get to know anyone.

This place is very friendly and also very helpful. I look forward to logging in everyday to see the new posts you all have put up.

:)

I have used this site quite a bit for looking up spells and what not, I then stumbled upon this board. I was never really an internet person, in fact I just recently got a computer, but this site stuck out. I found myself reading some of the postings and some got me mad some I was in awe of, and I realized I wanted to share my opinion, so here I am!! I love this board, its a good one.

I think it's really important to have an opinion. That way you aren't just blindly following something without thinking about what you believe (I can't stand people who do that) and sharing your opinion can help other people think more about what they believe. Sometimes that's a lot of fun.

Yeah it is definetly fun!!! I love both questioning my beliefs and defending them. Knowledge is power, for me the most interesting point of views are the ones I don't understand or agree with.
