I was reading the everything under the moon site and I was like "OOH FORUM!" I had been reading some pagan forums on Myspace and they were pretty messed up, not every helpful, lots of spamming and arguing. So I was pretty excited to find this one because its great.

I found this site by accident, as I was looking for information on natural gemstones. I liked what I saw and was impressed by the quality of information. I've been 'into' Wicca and related subjects 'seriously' for over 20 years, and have read anything about it I could lay my hands on, which over that period, has been a lot! My paternal grandfather, who was the seventh son of a seventh son, was a faith healer, and had an excellent reputation not only with people but animals too. I don't remember him, he died when I was about 3 or 4. The belief in our family is that before he died, he passed on his gift to a good friend of his. My mother is reasonably psychic, but doesn't do anything bout it. So, I've been around this sort of stuff, all my life. Not long after I decided I wanted to take up this business seriously, my family and life circumstances changed, and it became nigh on impossible to continue. The possibility that it might not have been the right time for me then, must also be considered. That's not to say I lost interest. Now things are different; I've started a new life in France, and I have the time to devote. I'm back, and rearing to go! When I found this site, with so many practicing people, willing to give help and advice, it all seemed to slot into place, and that's why I joined up.

i've found this forum through searching for technique's to astrally project
and i've read the entire website (well not all the spells) and became very interested then i started browsing this forum and came upon a quiz which tells you what believe fits you most. it said to me i was neo pagan that and some other topics which i can relate to made me join.

but especcially this board's open mindedness i really like it when people don't judge other people based on their believe system's i've seen christians accepted, (while i was reading through this board waiting for activation).

I did a search on spells. I needed wording that I could morph into what I could use.

I had been here before and found the site in my favorites already, from not long ago, but my schedule changed and I was unable to get online for help.

I ,like a good many others, found it through Google. I lurked for a bit before I registered and posted. I belong to a few other message boards and was most impressed at how helpful and straightforward the members were to one another on here. For example, in my nervousness to join, I realized that I had started a thread without searching or reading as well as I should have, that was very very similar to one that had come just a few days before. On other message boards, I would have gotten my head handed to me on a platter. Here, if anybody noticed, they didn't say anything.

I was searching for information online about wicca, and stumbled onto this site. I was really impressed at the quality of the information and the useability (i am computer illiterate) of this site. I was hopeing to find some advice and have other people to bounce ideas and questions off of. Im only a solitary practioner and need a little guidance time and again.

i was using google to find pagan boards and came accross this one, it felt right so i joined then couldnt get in i think my machine was playing up, then helped and it started to work.
