I started using Udderly Smooth, the stuff they put on cow's udders to keep them soft, and I have noticed a wonderful difference in my skin condition. You can get it at drugstore.com I think is the site. They have regular and unscented. My heel and finger cracked and it was painful this year. Keep us posted on what works, ok.

Eczema...
Thanks for the tips.
Previously I talked about avoiding the SLS that is contained in most shampoos, soaps, toothpastes, etc. I want to say that although my condition did get somewhat better and my hands stopped itching and stinging, they still have a skin problem. They aren't soft and smooth like I'd like them to be. Of course, it could be that there are other irritants in the soaps and shampoos I'm using. Plus, I am still using a shampoo that has SLS in it. It's a shampoo made for scalp conditions. Isn't that nice of the drug companies to put a known irritant in a shampoo that is supposed to soothe your scalp condition? Assholes. They'll do anything to make a buck. They are really so greedy. Pharmeceutical companies could care less about people. They can suck it. Too bad I'm addicted to their drugs so I'm a total hypocrite. God I hate them and I hate what they've done to me. I'm about to start using Bioidentical Hormones (BHRT) so if that helps my skin condition (which it might) I'll let you know. Everyone should read about BHRT, especially if you are in peri-menopause or menopause or have PMS or any other hormonal imbalance. And really you should check into it even if you don't have those conditions because you need to see what your normal hormonal levels are now while you are still young and healthy. Obviously I need to make a new post about it instead of rambling on here about it.
Bright Blessings,

Hi everyone,
I was hopeing to get some advice on eczema and related skin problems. I have suffered from eczema my entire life, but the recent years (since 2005) it's been extreme and not limited to specific bodyparts.
I've been going to dermatologists, but they can't really do anything except put me through regular steroid treatments which only temporarily help. I've changed my lifestyle in the hope it helps (vegetarian, non-smoking, no alcohol) but I was hoping others here could give me some advice on energy work and skin problems, or experience people have with it. While I don't believe in miracles, I do believe any positive energy can help.
Thank you in advance
