Easier said than done. A lot of us hold on to one more than the other and sometimes get so wrapped up in it they sorta forget the other part. I finally balanced out :P

Yes it is easier said than done - I agree.

The new-age movement is doing an incredible dsi-service to people by being to preachy with all this love and light nonsense.

Balance is the key to all things.

Good, Bad, Light, Dark - equal measures of all is the road to enlightenment.
