This sounds soooo much like Demeter, the beautiful goddess of agriculture and grain/harvest. Even the symbol you've drawn is similar to her scythe and wheat symbol. She is also associated with Owls :)

Edit: Demeter isn't Norsk though is she! back to the drawing board.

Demeter is a very intricate Goddess and I much like reading about her, especially when she was still a Triple Goddess, but even then, I have given up my search for finding a Goddess or God and instead focus on just harnessing my own power. I just posted a topic about it, actually, called 'Choosing to Follow None.'
