Yes life can seem to go wrong I do agree with you on that one, as I too last year felt like nothing would go right, and people were their to see me fail. Please don't think that you are the only one in this world that feels the same because you are not trust me!! You are not alone! Yeah life can basically suck most of the time , for me I'm guaranteed to do three things each day work, study and sleep with really annoys me that I cannot do all the things that I want to but I tell myself the sacrifices I'm making now are going to reward myself in the future. well I hope it does other wise I'm going to be pretty crushed lolol. Yeah karma can seam to be not working, what's what I through up until last week but yes it really dose happen it might not be straight away or even months down the track like in my case which I'm very happy to what has happened to that person!!! totally deserve what has happened to them.

So yeah it does kind suck that they cancelled the course that you wanted to do, a similar thing happened to me in 2009 when I wanted to do a tafe course but then found out that they cancelled the course too in the whole state. But then I knew maybe it was not meant to be, and something else even better would be here soon for me to study which was the case.

But have you ever through of going into writing?? your responses/posts are very interesting to read as a lot of people on here must think the same as you get lots of responses to your posts!! But don't stop being the nice person that you are don't let anything take that away from you, one day you will be rewarded for being the person that you are. But also we all need more nice people like yourself in the world of ours!!

i know what you going throught you are in your prime of your life, there's so much to see and do. you just need to grab it. when my babies "little girls" we are going travel. i never walked on sandy beaches before, and i like to do that.

OP: Just exist. Let yourself exist for a day, no questions, don't beat yourself up, just exist.
You'll thank yourself for it later.
The best thing to do when your depressed is to allow yourself to truly embrace, yourself, no questions asked, no judgements passed.
Just BE.
And if you think that's too hard, you're over thinking it.
Wave away any negative thoughts like gnats flying around your head in the summer, and just do what YOU want to do.
Not what society tells you, you should be doing, not what alcohol induces.
But what YOU want to do, and don't apologize for it and don't judge.
Let your healing begin.

I just want to say to you that if you have managed to beat depression then you really have achieved something with your life. Depression is an adversary that can ruin peoples entire lives and if you have managed to conquer it then that is fantastic and I admire you for it. To be honest, if you can do that, you can do anything.

So very true, Autumnal and I believe the key is to practise the positive things we learn in life throughout our day. Beating depression isn't a one time thing, it's something that one must practise when things get tough or start to slip again. It's important to get back to what worked when things were good.
