OP: Just exist. Let yourself exist for a day, no questions, don't beat yourself up, just exist.
You'll thank yourself for it later.
The best thing to do when your depressed is to allow yourself to truly embrace, yourself, no questions asked, no judgements passed.
Just BE.
And if you think that's too hard, you're over thinking it.
Wave away any negative thoughts like gnats flying around your head in the summer, and just do what YOU want to do.
Not what society tells you, you should be doing, not what alcohol induces.
But what YOU want to do, and don't apologize for it and don't judge.
Let your healing begin.
