Feel very negative

So last night i went to a formal dance. Everything was going fine until i hear that my date has made out w. another friend of mine as is giving him 'looks'. So i call her out on it, and things just spiraled into negativity for the night. back in the dorm with her, words were exchanged between us, it got a little nasty and i left and haven't seen/talk to her since. Shes not my g.f but we are very close friends. I haven't stopped feeling nauseous since last night. feel very negative. I also feel that last night summed up our friendship as a whole and now its going to be very hard to repair. I feel like complete shit and haven't/cant stopped thinking about the negative events of last night. feel very lost right now.

As hard as it may sound, just call her and discuss the case. Not talking about it ever again will only make you feel worse and worse and may even end your friendship.
Just call her or go to her room/house and tell her you're sorry for overreacting earlier and that you'd appreciate it if you could talk about it.

If you get your conversation, try to solve this tactfully. Never accuse her of anything and stay calm. Try not to be nasty, as this will only make her feel attacked and she'll go on and on defending herself! Not working, obviously.
You could start of with 'I heard from someone that you this did and that and I'd like to know if it's true and why you did it'. You'll be surprised how well she can respond just as long as you stay calm.

If you want to tell her your side of the story and what it did to you, never put it on her. With that I mean, say for example "Well, I feel hurt and I think it wasn't very nice of you." in stead of "Well you hurt me it was so mean of you!" With that last sentence you're just accusing her and not explaining your feelings.

Of course, before trying to go on this talk, you could meditate some to stay calmer or wear a protective charm. Maybe some spell for strength will make you feel more comfortable too.

If you and your friend can sort things out, make some plans to do something nice, as this will release the stress and uneasy feelings. If you can't sort things out, just let it rest a few days and try again.
