Everything Under the Moon

What is the most effective way of creating a strong shield? And how can I raise my energy?

when i actually remember to do it i just try to visualize white and purple lights all around myself kinda circling me. you could always try that i know there are a bunch of ways out there to do it.

I visualize a white bubble/pearl covering may whole body.. i start from the base (feet) up until the head which the entire pearl/bubble is complete..

I see my self surrounded by energy then I shape it. I'll say more latter. Have you seen the thread about it?
